Another Setback For Canton's Brenton Phipps

The Canton Kernels announced today that Brenton Phipps will miss an additional 6 days after the left fielder suffered a setback in his rehabilitation from a hamstring strain. While the setback is believed to be minor, the Kernels want Phipps to take his time and fully recover before coming back.
In 1141 career games, Phipps has put up a .255 average, collected 182 doubles, 5 triples, and 233 home runs, driven in 642 runs, and scored 540 times.

Players go on vacation, but general managers gear up for an exciting period of roster moves! The offseason is just about the busiest time for a GM. He must assess his players, coaches and manager to determine the areas of need and ways to improve his club in the coming season. The right moves now will pay off in future dividends.
