Ron Hodge Claims 2003 North Batting Title Thursday, September 11th, 2003 Ron Hodge will look back at the 2003 season and smile proudly. The Bay City Lake Monsters first baseman rapped out 189 hits and put up a .388 average. That was good enough to take this year's batting honors in the North. The 27-year-old Hodge ended the regular season with 37 doubles, 2 triples, 34 home runs, while scoring 124 times and driving in 116 runs. |
