Faulkner Befuddles Oshkosh Monday, July 7th, 1997 Jerry Faulkner allowed 6 hits while giving up 2 walks and collecting 8 strikeouts as Cedar Rapids blanked Oshkosh 6-0. In the postgame interview Faulkner said, "I'm trying to keep the ball down and let guys put it in play. It worked for me today."
