HBL News: The All-Star Game Rosters Have Been Announced Thursday, August 1st, 2002 The All-Star Classic is here again! -- the 2002 Heartland Baseball League All-Star Game! This is a game for the fans. They choose the players that are the best at their positions. Then these fan favorites take on one another to determine which league is best.
