Star of the Week Named in South Monday, August 18th, 2003 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Rick Cravens was rewarded with the South Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Poplar Bluff Predators second baseman hit .452 while collecting 14 hits in 31 at-bats, 1 home run and 6 RBIs. Thus far this year Cravens is batting .349 with 5 home runs, 62 RBIs and 69 runs scored. |
