Lake Monsters Green Blanks Oshkosh Wednesday, September 7th, 2005 In an impressive outing, Darren Green whitewashed the Oshkosh Outlaws 6-0. "I'm getting a lot more downward movement instead of side to side. That side-to-side stuff can get hit a long way," said Green, who is throwing with more of an overhand motion. "It's not rocket science. It was just a little adjustment, but that's all it took." The Bay City hurler held Oshkosh scoreless, allowed 4 hits, chalked up 11 strikeouts and yielded 1 walk.
