Leslie Hodges Will Miss 2 Weeks Tuesday, August 2nd, 2005 After injuring himself, Rebels starting pitcher Leslie Hodges headed straight to the hospital. He was removed from the game as a precaution after throwing a pitch and the team's worst fears were confirmed when it turned out to be a little more serious. Hodges will miss at least 2 weeks with a dead arm. This year Hodges has posted a record of 16 wins and 5 losses with a 3.55 ERA. He has appeared in 25 games and struck out 198 in 182.1 innings. |
